December #SpreadLove17 Challenge Contest


This December join Spoonie Essentials Box and The Unchargeables Community for the #SpreadLove17 challenge. For 31 days we will share questions and prompts to reflect, #SpreadLove, and share extra care to ourselves and others to close out the  2017 year!

To join the festivites all you have to do is post a picture to Facebook or Instagram, tag @SpoonieEssntls & @TheUnchargeables, then simply answer the prompt for the day.

Whether you're playing along to WIN Spoonie Essentials Box Cash or Unchargeables gear, you must answer at least 50% of the prompts to be entered to win!

The Unchargeables Spoonie Essentials #SpreadLove challenge goal is to help Chronic-illness Warriors be mindful of what they do have rather than focusing on what they don't. In focusing our energies and minds to an attitude of gratitude, it shifts the way in which we cope with living with chronic illness(es). The goal setting for 2018 are self-awareness and acceptance exercises, not necessarily for set-in-stone ideas.

Always remember  #SpreadLove as thick as peanut butter, NEVER GIVE UP AND NEVER SURRENDER!
